Day 1 - Stillness
On Day 1: Stillness, you’ll learn how to quiet the mental noise, pause the constant pressure, and create intentional moments to breathe and reset.
Day 2- Presence
On Day 2: Presence, you’ll discover how to stop simply “getting through the day” and begin showing up more fully for yourself, your family, and your life without feeling emotionally disconnected.
Day 3-Awareness & Execution
On Day 3: Awareness, you’ll learn how to recognize the habits, patterns, stressors, and emotional overload that have been keeping you stuck in survival mode so you can begin making healthier, more intentional shifts.
